RULES & REGULATION FOR THE OFFSTAGE EVENTS

RANGOLI

 

Judging criteria would be based on creativity and design, use of the colors and overall presentation. • Participants are to bring their own material. • Time limit is 60 min – 90 min. • Maximum 4 members per team allowed. • Space allotted will be 2.5 sq. ft. • Maximum entries from each college are 3. • Maximum 4 members per team allowed. • Use of stencils is not allowed. • Theme of rangoli should be positive only (no rangolis on topics such as female feticide or suicide should be made). • You can use whatever colour or Diyas you want for making rangoli.

 

 

 

KALIEDOSCOPE  (short documentary film)

 

Give wing to your imagination • 2-10 participants per team are allowed • Dresses, Accessories, Makeup all to be arranged by respected team • Time limit is 2-5 min • Maximum entries from each college are Two only • Open Theme Videos should be sent to mail offstagesgrd@gmail.com along with name , theme of video along with name, batch, college name , course of the uploader • Please also bring the short film in your pen-drive.

 

 

 

PAINTING COMPETITION

 

Solo Event. • Time 1 – 1.5 hours. • Choose Theme of your Choice. • Sketching & Shading not allowed. • IVORY sheet will be provided • Maximum entries from each college are 3 • Use any coloring option – water colors, oil / pastel. Bring your own drawing & painting colors.

 

 

 

NAIL ART

 

A team of 2 members are allowed to take part. One of the members will be subject • A Participant will paint nails on one hand of the subject. • Bring your own materials. • Nail extensions can be used. • Maximum time limit is 45 minutes. • Maximum entries allowed from one college are 3.

 

 

 

MEHNDI

 

Participants are allowed to apply mehndi either on his/her or somebody else hand. • Bring your own material. • Mehndi can be colourful. • Maximum entries from each college are 3. • Both sides of one hand in one hour (Time Limit). • If Subject is used only then prize money designated for the subject will be given.

 

 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

 

Single entry per person. • Photo must be original; no AI-generated images shall be allowed. No special effects. • Basic color grading allowed. No explicit content will be entertained. [The person shall be immediately disqualified.] • Image should be uploaded in highest resolution available. • Photo shall be uploaded in JPEG format along with the following information: Theme (caption optional), Name, [Your Course], Batch, College Name. • All the images shall be sent to the provided email i.e. offstagesgrd@gmail.com

 

 

 

NETFLIX TRIVIA

 

Team Size: 4 participants • Number of teams per College 3 • Rounds: 1. Preliminary MCQ Round: Timed multiple-choice questions 2. Final Round: Only 6 teams will be selected for Final round 3. Final round will consist of: Buzzer Round: Fast answers, penalties for error Rapid Fire: 60 seconds per team to answer quickly • Themes: Friends, The Office, How I met your mother, Harry Potter, Modern family, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mirzapur, Brooklyn 99, Stranger Things.

 

 

 

TREASURE HUNT

 

Team Event – 5 Participants per team • Competition will consist of 2 Rounds – • Preliminary-First 6 teams to complete all the Riddles in shortest time will move forward • Finals -Solving multiple puzzles and riddles will lead you to victory • Number of teams per College 3.
